We respect your privacy. At no time will we sell, give or disseminate any of our customers information collected through our website, via phone or by mail, to anyone. Persons who supply us with telephone numbers during a sales transaction and or information queries may be contacted by us by phone. If you prefer being contacted via email, please let us know. At no time will our customers receive unsolicited phone calls from Historic EyeWear Company sales or customer service representatives. We will not share your information with outside parties who wish to market other products and services to you.
If you purchase products from Historic EyeWear Company, we request information from you for our order form, and to subscribe to our newsletter. This information may include contact information such as your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number.
Being a Historic EyeWear Company enthusiast has its advantages. We thank you for registering your e-mail address.We promise to keep the numbers of e-mails down. We will not share your address with anyone, and it will not be picked up by eavesdroppers; we use 128-bit SSL security
You may receive invitations to our Web-only sales, with significant savings over the original prices. You may receive word on impromptu sales and news from Historic EyeWear Company’s point of view.

Historic EyeWear Company may deliver a notice to you by email to confirm your order or notify you of special offers, or newsworthy events. If you would like to opt out of receiving notices from us via emails please let us know by contacting us via mail, email or by telephone.
If you have provided the general use of a photograph of you or a group wearing our spectacles, permission is granted to us to use the photograph on our website.
Quality Assurance: We guarantee the quality of our spectacles and cases against manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase. If you should receive a defective or damaged spectacle or spectacle case, please follow our return procedure. We will gladly replace the defective item.
Warranty: If a manufacturing defect should occur please contact us. This does not include normal wear and tear. Lenses that have been scratched or spectacles that have been damaged by abuse or other means are not covered by the warranty.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return your spectacles within 7 days of receipt of shipment.
The spectacles and or spectacle case (custom engraved spectacle cases are not returnable) must be in new condition, as received, with no indication that they have been worn, scratched, damaged or abused. The following conditions apply:
If you have requested a replacement spectacle frame we will place your new order immediately and will contact you by phone or email if we need any additional information. If you have returned your spectacles for a refund, your account will be credited within 7 days.
- Notify us that you would like to make a return, via email or telephone.
- Repack the item in the original packaging
- Attach the proper postage and return items via traceable shipping method such as USPS first class mail delivery confirmation. Shipping charges are not refundable. Return postage is not provided
- Upon receipt Historic EyeWear Company will refund or credit your purchase price.
- Note: Custom engraved spectacle cases are not returnable.

- We will ship your order within 24-48 hours.
- Spectacle orders with lenses can take up to 1 week to ship.
- We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail for all our shipments.
- Shipping costs are a flat rate of $5.95 within the contiguous United States, Hawaii, and Alaska.
- Shipping costs to Canada vary from $8.95 to $11.95, depending on location.
